Stampin' Up! has eleven new and returning colours and these new Core Colours are fast becoming some of my new favourite colours. This week on my Facebook Live (replay below), I created 2 cards for you that are all about some of these new colours. These cards are going to be perfect for any special occasion you have coming up.
Each card was made with strips of cardstock in some of the new colours. Did you know that all of the new Core Colours (except Pecan Pie I guess!) are included in the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper? This paper was the inspiration for these projects and is a big part of my current class (details here). I've also used the Something Fancy Stamp Set & Dies which are must haves to create fantastic sentiments and label shapes.
Both of these cards are quite simple to recreate and would also be fun to try in different colour combinations. You could also add different details depending on the recipient of your card. I've added flowers onto the second card, but you could easily put balloons on it instead and it would look super cute.
