I gotta say, it was fun to focus in on a few simple projects this week. This is one thing that I'm loving about Stampin' Up! right now, is that you can go all in and make elaborate and fancy projects and then you can take a step back and make something simple and yet equally lovely.
On my YouTube Live this week (replay below), I took the time to show the new Card & Envelope Packs and how they work with the 4 new Ephemera Packs. They are a part of the new Mix & Match card making line from Stampin' Up! and I am finding them a fun addition to my crafting.
The cards can be as simple as you want them to be. You start with a card base from either the Calming Creek set or the Sunny Springs set. Then you can start layering up how you choose.
Start with the Saying Something Ephemera Pack and just have sentiments on your card.
Add in an image from either the Something for Everything pack or the Fully Flowering pack.
Next add in a cute tag from the Labels & Layers pack.
If you like, add in twine or gems or a coordinating stamped sentiment.

Now you can feel free to keep going in your creativity. It has been awhile (a long while) since I've made a scrapbook page, but it was so much fun to pull out a few die cuts from the Ephemera Packs and see what I could put together! This is a 6"x 8" page and would look great in Stampin' Up!'s Basic Black Album.
