My second project for you this week is this cute whimsical holly card. (If you missed my first project , click here.) Just like you, I look for inspiration in many places for my cards and I saw one similar to this on Pinterest and I really wanted to try and recreate it for myself. The Sending Cheer Stamp Set had the perfect holly to stamp and cut out.
All you need to do is stamp and cut out a bunch of holly and use it to create a background for your card. I love the way that Garden Green and Poppy Parade look with Petal Pink, it's so cute!
Any Christmas sentiment will look great, mine actually came from a Paper Pumpkin stamp set. I heat embossed it in white on Poppy Parade cardstock and laid it over a bit of gold twine. For a little extra sparkle, I put some Wink of Stella on the holly berries.
I hope this gives you a little idea for your own card making!
