Hello! Thanks for joining us on our Create with Stamping Friends Saturday Blog Hop! This week is all about green as our movie inspired colour theme continues with "The Green Hornet". And what is better in green than plants?! I felt like it was time to use my Planted Paradise Stamp Set again.
The card base is Pebbled Path, then a 5 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece of Old Olive and a 5 1/2" x 3" piece of DSP. (It comes from the Neutrals 6x6 DSP).
To create my potted plant, I stamped a bunch of the same leaf shape in Mossy Meadow and Old Olive, then fussy cut them out. I also fussy cut out the pot that I had stamped in Pebbled Path. (Side note: Do you have Pebbled Path yet? It is the best grey!) I layered up the leaves "inside" the pot and then added it to my card with dimensionals.
Then I just added a little twine and my sentiment. Any sentiment would do, mine is from the Latte Love Stamp Set. It was heat embossed in white on Old Olive.
