Hello! Thanks for joining us on the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! This week's theme was actually something that I have never tried before, a card created with only black & white. It really makes such a classic look. The main star of this card is the background of course, which comes from the Potted Succulent Dies.
When I cut out the die with Basic Black cardstock, I decided to leave a few of the pieces in one of the succulents to create a bit of contrast. The sentiment comes from one of my favourite stamp sets, Biggest Wish. Then, Stampin' Up!® has so many fun products in black to choose from. The best (in my opinion!) being the Black & White Gingham Ribbon. I also added some black twine and the Black Matte Dots to complete the card.
