Saturday Blog Hop: Fall Trees 2024

Hello! Thanks for joining us on our Create with Stamping Friends Saturday Blog Hop! Our theme for this week is Fall Trees. Is Fall your favourite season? I do love the pretty colours of fall leaves, but I'm not always excited about what comes after Fall😄. My card this week was a good excuse to use the awesome 'Sweet Days of Autumn' DSP that is in the Scrapbooking Brochure, it has such fantastic patterns!

Stampin' Up! Fall and Thanksgiving Card Ideas
Materials Used

Here are the main items I used today:

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Card Base:

    1. Cut Thick Basic White to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Score in half at 4 1/4".

    2. Cut DSP to 5 1/4" x 4".

    3. Choose a coordinating pattern and and cut out 3 shapes using the Nested Essentials Dies. I cut 2 of the largest rectangles and then one of the next size down. I just love the cute trees on this paper!

  2. Details:

    1. Look through your crafty stash and choose a combination of leaves to add behind the sentiment.

      1. I cut out leaves from the 'More Than Autumn' Dies in Crushed Curry & Cajun Craze. The more branch looking piece in Early Espresso was cut using the 'Autumn Leaves' Dies.

    2. Stamp sentiment in Early Espresso on Basic White and cut out with a label die. (My sentiment is from 'Latte Love' and the die is from the 'Unbounded Love' Dies.

      1. Add sentiment to card with Dimensionals. You can add a bit of twine behind here too if you like.

    3. Lastly, don't forget your favourite gems! I love these Textured Dots, they look great with so many styles!

If you live somewhere with lovely Fall colours, I hope you're able to get out and enjoy them while they last!
