Hello! Thanks for joining us on the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! This week we have more sneak peeks for you as we choose our favourite new accessory. Mine has to be the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper, I am simply obsessed with it! Every sheet and every side is so fun and offers so many ways for you to be creative.
For this card, I chose my most favourite design as the full background to the card. I then laid on a piece of Basic White cardstock that has this super fun notepad look. This is one of the dies from the coordinating Blossoming Happiness Dies. I then created a little rainbow flower effect using flowers that were all cut out from the DSP. These flowers can be fussy cut if you like, but even better is that there are matching dies that will cut them out for you!
I heat embossed the sentiment from the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set with clear powder in Night of Navy on a piece of Fresh Freesia Cardstock. Lastly, I added a little navy twine (Fan Baker's Twine) and the gems are from the Glossy Dots Assortment, which are also a part of the Hues of Happiness Suite.
