Saturday Blog Hop: Favourite New Bundle Jan - April 2025

Happy New Year! Thanks for joining us on our Create with Stamping Friends Saturday Blog Hop! I am so excited to be bringing you some fun new ideas for some fun new products! Our theme this week is to choose our favourite new bundle from the upcoming January to April 2025 Mini Catalogue. It launches in just a couple days on January 7th. My choice was the 'Birthday Celebration' Bundle from the 'Wildflower Birthday' Suite Collection, which is just amazing.😍

Materials Used

These were the main inspiration for my card:

• DSP: Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP (Item 164591). You are going to love the gold details and the 2 sheets of matching die cuts!

• Colour Combo: Soft Sea Foam, Pretty In Pink, Pool Party & Gold.

• Bundle: 'Birthday Celebration' (Item 164599). It's going to be a must-have for this year's birthdays!

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Card Base:

   1. Cut Soft Sea Foam cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Score in half at 4 1/4".

   2. Cut one pattern of DSP to 3 3/4" x 5". Adhere to card front.

   3. Cut a coordinating pattern of DSP to 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" and layer on top.

2. Details:

   1. Cut out a banner shape in Pretty in Pink using the die from 'Birthday Celebrations. You can add on a little 1/2" piece of DSP to the top of it if you like.

   2. Heat emboss sentiment in white on the banner. Add on card with dimensionals.

   3. Add in some cute details from the stamp set and dies. I stamped the little banner in Old Olive and fussy cut it out. Then I cut out 3 tassles, 2 in gold and 1 in Peach Pie. There are also some tiny flower elements you can cut out and add.

   4. Don't forget your gems! These are the matching 'Party Dots' that come in Pool Party, Peach Pie & Pretty in Pink.
