Hello! Thanks for joining us on the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! We're on our second week of colour themed projects and this time it is all about the greens. On my card, I've created a green background using my Blending Brushes and then contrasted it with the images from the Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set.
On a piece of Basic White, I ripped pieces of the Masking Paper and created a border. Then, I tried my hand at a blended background using Garden Green, Granny Apple Green and Soft Sea Foam. Keeping the masking paper on, I stamped the flower images in black. It was so much fun to peel off the paper and see how it all turned out!
I also used the blending brushes to create colour on the dragonfly and then of course, heat embossed my sentiment in white on black cardstock. This technique was a lot of fun and I can't wait to try it again!
